Technical Information
This tie consists of a mild steel back plate drilled with two 7mm anchor holes, used in conjunction with a set of interlocking tie bars. The back plate is fitted to the inside leaf of the building and the tie bars protrude through the outside leaf of the building.
The wall can be built up and over the tie bars which should be positioned in line with the mortar joints as they can be removed though the joint once works are completed. The back plate is sacrificial but the bars can be removed for re-use. Recommended for connecting to concrete, masonry, steel beams and timber in conjunction with a variety of fixing types.

Quality Assurance
The brackets are batch tested and MPI inspected to ensure consistent quality. The maximum allowable tensile load of the bracket is 5kN.
NB – Recommended loads are limited by suitability of base material and structure.
