M12 Spin Resin Capsule (Pack of 10) – RESSPIN12

Technical Information
A styrene free epoxy acrylate resin contained in a glass capsule, with a resin to hardener ratio of 10:1, boxed in 10’s.

Use for bonding externally threaded studs or reinforcing bar to base materials; concrete, stone, rock and masonry. Features expansion free fixing for close to free edge fixing with medium to high load capabilities and cost effective fixing.

Method of Use

1. Drill the hole to the correct diameter and depth using a rotary percussive machine.
2. Clean the hole using a stiff wire or nylon brush and clean compressed air or blow pump.
3. Once the hole is prepared, place the glass capsule inside with air bubble nearest the surface.
4. Immediately insert the fixing. This should be driven in using a rotary machine to ensure the correct mixing of the two components contained in the glass capsule and to the correct depth.
5. Leave the fixing undisturbed until loading time has elapsed, then attach the fixture and tighten the nut to the recommended torque.
